Purpose statement

The primary activities are directed towards our purpose which is to reduce premature death and suffering from heart, stroke and blood vessel and cardiovascular disease. We achieve this by implementing the "For All Hearts 2013-17 strategy" which 4 main goals are: 1) Healthy Hearts, 2) Heart Care, 3) Equity, and 4) Research. We do this through advocacy, funding research, partnerships, informing and assisting the community at risk or with heart disease, building healthier communities and developing clinical guidelines.
