Purpose statement
A centre for dance making, collaboration and artistic exchange, based on the lands of the Wulgurukaba of Gurambilbarra and Yunbenun, and the Bindal of Thul Garrie Waja. We are deeply committed to the creation of adventurous, thoughtfully conceived, and highly acclaimed new work. We balance a dynamic regional presence with a commitment to touring our work nationally and internationally. An epicentre of cultural exchange, we enable dancemaking and support independent practice through residencies, secondments, and creative developments. Our community experience program transcends barriers and dismantles distance and isolation in society.
