Purpose statement
The principal activities of Ascham Foundation Limited during the year were the raising of funds to strengthen and promote Ascham School. The foundation does this in two ways: 1. Through the promotion and management of the Ascham Endowment fund in support of the independence and excellence of the Ascham School students. The Endowment fund provides enhanced educational programs, including prizes, other scholarships and bursaries not able to be funded from the Scholarship fund. 2. As the trustee company of the Ascham School Building Fund, Ascham School Library Fund and Ascham Foundation Scholarship Fund through which it is able to assist the Council of governors of Ascham School Limited to preserve, develop and maintain the facilities of Ascham School.
