Purpose statement
Hands and Feet in the last 12 months rescued 1.3mill kgs of food and distributed this to 93 centres across, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth to help people suffering from food insecurity. The service connects people in need into caring communities where they can get food and find friendships to help them with their perceived isolation also. H&F also provided NDIS services to vulnerable people, so they can have an improved quality of life.
