The Archbishop of Sydney's Anglican Aid supported 72 projects across 27 countries in Africa, Southeast Asia, South America and the Middle East in the reporting period. These projects have the main purpose of providing relief from poverty and distress to those in need. An example of the type of activities implemented is the installation of water infrastructure such as water tanks, gutters, irrigation systems and water-storage ponds in the drought prone region of Northern Kenya. The Archbishop of Sydney's Anglican Aid was also involved in various disaster relief projects in Madagascar, Kenya, Sudan, Syria, Nigeria and other countries.
