Purpose statement
We contribute to strengthening our local community by providing opportunities for people of all ages to be socially more connected, make friends and find support. This includes providing meeting spaces for many different community groups, providing information, advice and referrals to community members seeking support, facilitating a free weekly pop-up cafe for the community to counteract loneliness and social isolation, facilitating a variety of groups and events for the general community, young people and families with young children, providing life skills, recreational and social programs for young people 12-18 years old, and running an Out of School Hours Care service. We also provide a free book exchange, and selected clothes and household items against a small donation or for free to the community.
