Purpose statement
At are-able, we operate in alignment with the Disability Services Act, delivering a range of impactful services designed to support individuals with disabilities and those experiencing significant disadvantage. Through our Disability Employment Services (DES) program, we provide tailored training, support, and pathways to sustainable employment in open workplaces for job seekers with disabilities. Similarly, the Workforce Australia (WFA) program allows us to assist highly disadvantaged and general job seekers by offering training, support, and job opportunities. We also operate an Australian Disability Enterprise, creating meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. This initiative not only fosters skill development but also promotes workplace inclusion. Additionally, our Enterprise and Community Programs empower NDIS participants to build essential life skills, enhancing their independence and engagement within the community. Through The Foundation, we provide financial assistance to individuals with disabilities or those facing severe disadvantage, helping to improve their quality of life. We also conduct a variety of supporting activities that complement our core services, ensuring we effectively fulfil our mission of creating opportunities for inclusiveness in communities.
