The School provides a broadly-based education for boys and girls from Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12. Barker College is an Anglican School, however enrols students of many faiths, with an understanding that Barker's Christian values guide all aspects of the School's endeavours. The School activities and outcomes are guided by its vision of being a leader in Christian education that is characterised by a global vision that inspires hope. The School sees its mission as an Anglican community inspiring every learner, every experience, every day. In order to fulfill the vision and mission, the School has identified that all members of the community should conduct themselves with commitment, compassion, courage, integrity and respect.
