Purpose statement

Baptcare has been operating since the 1940s, continuing to meet unmet needs in the community, providing care and proactively responding to human need. This includes working with some of the most vulnerable and marginalised, including children, those with disabilities, at-risk youth, people seeking asylum, families struggling with disadvantage and older people with dementia. We are one of the biggest aged-care welfare providers in Victoria and Tasmania (residential and community care), as well as running extensive family and community service programs. We have a number of offices and facilities, with care and support being provided by skilled and professional staff, and service tens of thousands of clients each year.
