Instruments were provided to disadvantaged young people enrolled with the Bendigo Instrumental Music Program. The Bendigo Instrumental Music Program (BIMP) is a regional resource provided by the Victorian Department of Education and Training, which provides qualified teachers for instrumental music tuition in secondary colleges across Greater Bendigo. Tuition is offered in stringed, brass, woodwind and percussion instruments, as well as guitar.
